Done with this game!!!

I used to love playing this game because it was fun and interactive, bit like other reviewers, Ive gotten tired of losing tickets and not getting refunded. To add insult to injury, now it wont always let me claim bingos, it is taking forever to complete a level, and there is no way to contact anyone to get answers. Extremely frustrating. Bingo Blitz is a way better game and much more reliable.
