Love the game, a few glitches I dislike

I agree with those who say Bingo lane is a fun and addictive game, however it is frustrating when Ive won on one or more cards and it boots me out. Tickets and winnings are never reimbursed.
Also, just wondering if there is anywhere that tells you what each super ball does, some are apparent but there are one or two that Im not sure of. Also dont know what the joker or light bulb does so I never buy these items. One more thing is, in the houses i dont understand where the special cards are to receive the special items as Ive yet to see these cards. If someone can explain that would be great.
